Getting better at crocheting smaller things i think so here's a cute dino pattern for you to try.
Again this is one that works up super fast, making it good for fayres or freebies 🙂 oh and it's also only one piece!!! erm who wouldn't love that?
Our dino is super beginner friendly! All you need to master is the bobble stitch as we're going to be using it 4 times to make the limbs at the bottom of the dino

Materials:
- Any colour yarn (I used King Cole Yummy)
- A hook that matches the yarn you're using (I used a 4.5mm hook)
- A stitch marker (a safety/bobby pin will work too)
- Scissors
- A darning needle
- Polyester stuffing
- safety eyes
Abbreviations:
Mr - Magic Ring
Sc- Single Crochet
Sc Inc- Single crochet increase (this is 2 single crochet in one st)
Bbl- Bobble stitch
Dec-Single Crochet Decrease (this is crocheting two st together)
SI st- Slip stitch
St- Stitch
Dino:
R1- Mr with 8sc
R2- (inc) x 8 (16)
R3- (3sc ,1bbl) x 4 (16)
R4-6 (3 rounds) 16sc
R7- 3sc, 4dec, 5sc (12)
(start to stuff here)
R8- 3sc, 3dec, 3sc (9)
R9-10 (2 rounds) 9sc
R11- 2sc, 4inc, 3sc (13)
R12- 6sc,3 inc, 3sc (16)
R13-14 (2 rounds) 16 sc
R15- (dec) x 8 (8)
Fasten off and sew the remaining st closed using only the front loops. cut your yarn and then tuck and hide it away :)
